I reached out to customer service a few different times and barely heard anything back. When someone finally did respond, it didn’t really solve the issue or make things any clearer. when you need a quick answer about a ride, that’s just not good enough. I wouldn’t use them again if this is how their support works

We ended up waiting outside confused because there wasn’t any sign with my name on it. I really wish we’d had clearer instructions or some easier way to spot the driver, because it made the start of the trip more stressful than it needed to be.

"Got there fine, but the van was kinda dirty"
The shuttle did its job and got us to the hotel without any problems. The staff was friendly enough too, so no real complaints there. But the van could’ve used a good clean. There were crumbs on the seats and the floor looked like nobody had swept it in a while. It wasn’t horrible or anything, just not great when you’re tired after a long flight and hoping for a decent ride. I might use them again, but only if they do a better job keeping the vans clean...

"Pickup was fine, but the reminders were a bit much"
The return pickup did happen and the person showed up, just a little later than expected. That part was okay. What annoyed me more was how many reminders I kept getting beforehand, they felt aggressive for something I had already scheduled.

I booked a shuttle with Cancun Shuttle Services, i wish I had read some reviews first. The car itself was okay once we finally got going, but the communication before pickup was really frustrating.
I messaged them to ask where we were supposed to meet the driver, and the replies came hours later and were super short. One response didn’t even really answer what I asked, so when we landed, we were still standing around trying to figure out where to go.
It wasn’t a total disaster, but it definitely added stress to our arrival when we just wanted things to be easy. I regret not checking into them more beforehand, because clearer and faster updates would have made a big difference...
"No help when my flight was delayed"
My flight ended up getting delayed, and I messaged Cancun Shuttle as soon as I found out. Even then, they marked me as a no-show and told me I’d have to pay again for another ride. The responses were really slow, and it felt like no one cared. A friend had actually recommended booking a shuttle to avoid stress when arriving, but this did the opposite. I understand delays happen, but that’s exactly the kind of situation a shuttle company should be able to handle. It was a really frustrating start to the trip, and I wouldn’t use them again.

I’m absolutely sure those van seats were not made for comfort. The ride itself was fine, but the seats were so uncomfortable that I noticed it pretty much the whole time.

I was shaken up after this ride. The driver was going way too fast, and it felt like they weren’t thinking about the passenger at all. I kept hoping they’d slow down, but they didn’t, and that’s on them...

"Private transfer really wasn’t worth it"
So... I booked a private transfer thinking it would make things easier after our flight, but it ended up being frustrating. The driver was late, and we were walking around the airport asking different people what was going on because no one seemed to have a clear answer.
The car itself was fine, but the whole experience felt really disorganized. For what we paid, I expected something smooth and stress-free, and instead it just added more hassle when we were already tired.

The driver got us there safely and on time, so no real complaints on that part. He just seemed a little bothered whenever we asked a question, like maybe he was having a long day or... I don’t know. He wasn’t rude or anything, just not especially friendly. Overall it was fine, just not a super welcoming experience.

"Just didn’t feel like something I could trust"
I tried using cancunshuttle.com before my trip, but i didn’t feel great about it. Some of the info felt vague, and I wasn’t totally sure what was actually confirmed versus what was just website wording. That kind of thing makes me nervous when I’m trying to plan airport transportation in another country.
I also have a hard time trusting sites that use a lot of polished, generic company language without making the basics really clear. Maybe it works out fine for other people, but for me it didn’t feel reliable enough. I’d rather book with a company that explains things plainly and makes me feel like I know exactly what I’m getting.

"Left waiting at the airport"
We landed expecting the driver to be there, but no one showed up. We ended up waiting almost an hour with barely any clear updates, and I had to keep asking around to figure out what was going on. What really annoyed me is they were super aggressive with reminders before the trip, but when it actually mattered, they were nowhere to be found. Definitely won’t be booking again.

"At least the price didn’t magically change"
I booked with cancunshuttle.com and, it was nice to see the price shown upfront for once. No surprise fees popping up later, which apparently is still something to be grateful for these days. I’d give it 5 stars if the checkout process moved a little faster, but overall it did what it was supposed to do
